Delivery

We ship the items using DHL delivery services. All packages are insured for up to 500 Euros. Once the packages are shipped, the customer will receive an e-mail with tracking information and bill of parcels. Items can be tracked on the DHL website. After the packages are assigned tracking information in Russia, items can be tracked on the Russian Post website.
